Refunds will only be issued for cancellations or changes permitted under the terms and conditions of the booking and may be subject to cancellation fees or penalties imposed by the service providers.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

  • Partially Used Services: Refunds for partially used services (e.g., one leg of a roundtrip flight) are subject to the supplier’s policy.
  • Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government-imposed travel bans, or global pandemics, refund terms may be modified based on the service provider’s discretion.

3. CANCELLATION FEES

  • Service Provider Fees: Refunds may be subject to fees charged by airlines, hotels, or other service providers. These fees vary and will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.
  • Blackbox Travel and Tourism Fees: In addition to the supplier’s fees, Blackbox Travel and Tourism may impose a handling or administrative fee for processing cancellations or refunds.

Upon receiving your refund request, Blackbox Travel and Tourism will process it according to the supplier’s terms and refund timelines. 5. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Non-refundable airfare or hotel bookings.
  • Service fees charged by Blackbox Travel and Tourism.
  • Partial cancellations of holiday packages or services where only part of the package has been used.
  • Any taxes, duties, or government-imposed charges that have been applied at the time of booking.

6. FORCE MAJEURE AND UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

In the event of Force Majeure events (such as natural disasters, war, or pandemics), refunds may be issued at the discretion of the service provider. Blackbox Travel and Tourism will coordinate with the relevant service providers to assist you in obtaining a refund or alternative arrangements, subject to the policies in place at the time of the event.
